About the Workshops:

🤸‍♂️ Acroyoga
We give a fun and safe introduction to Acroyoga and our style, these fun(damental) techniques are an ideal starting point for the practice. You don't need to bring a partner. Acroyoga can quite literaly turn your world upside down. This practice is a way to empower, trust and enjoy movement.

💆‍♀️ Thai massage
We introduce you the basic techniques to thai massage and aim for well being of all. At the halfwaypoint we will switch roles, so everybody can enjoy a good massage. Thai massage teaches you the joy of giving and you can recover from the physical challenges as well as reduce your general tight spots in the body.

🗣️ Authentic Relating and Consent
Through different communication and connection games we will show you a way of connecting deeply and respectfully. These practices can nourish and empower you in your day to day life. During the workshops a magical atmosphere comes to be.

☕ Cacao Ceremony
In a circle we will sing to the drink of the gods and drink it together, opening our hearts and connecting as a community. Before we drink, we prepare the room and cacao together. If you play an instrument, please bring it with. Contact us for the songs. Your favorite songs are welcome too!
